    Default Pain In Joints

    I'm not really sure what to do about this, basically, my joints start to go really stiff once in a while. And it really hurts to move my arms and legs. It's happening again, but I realised that it happened after my P.E. Lesson, which we didn't warm up for.
    Do you think it's because I didn't warm up?

    Possibly because you did not get enough blood pumped into your muscles and a warm-up should always end with stretching joints and ridding lactic acid.

    If this is a common thing then there are alot of things that come into play;

    Your diet (a defficieny of Calcium, Vitamin D could have a large effect)
    Excersice (not much flexibility allowed at your joints)
    Pressure (eg, running alot on hard surfaces)
