Giving away a 2.0 is illegal, even if the board is legal.

no because IPB licence dose not say you can not transfer the fourm software to a other host. So as long as the forum still has a licence and used more than once it should be ok.

but it does say you cant use multiple insidnces of the same board on one licence wich is why i think compguy realy had to shut down "/ unless they directly own the boards licence its illgal.
