Need a Forum manager

Hey there,

I need a forum manager for a (as of yet) none-exsistant vB forum. (I have bought it). The forum itself is a Wow guild forum and will therefore be a pretty small close-knit community. The job of the forum manager will be to add games to the arcade, look for new add ons and moniter the forum as a whole.

The candidate must have a good knowledge of vB and must preferably (not essential) be able to design skins, code and play WoW.

I don't think you should make the forum manager need to skin. As some people that have been using vbulletins do not know how to skin. For example: I have been making forums and helping people manage them for 4 years now. I can edit skins but can not make a skin. But I have more then enough exp. to be a forum manager.
