I have created this layout and know that it lacks something but can't think what so maybe one of you can!

Seems veryy dull at the moment.

They said they wanted it all dark and greys... :S

I think a few images to 'bring it alive' maybe would improve it and once that big Grey gap is filled with text or whatever you intend on putting their will also improve it some.

I know it needs images, but I don't have a clue what images to put. The site is for SEO and Malware protection so what images would you suggest?

Maybe some images of your software at work.

Maybe even some images of your actually software logo here and their even one or two images will have a shocking result in spicing it up a bit.

Padlocks maybe? Like to be "secure"

Where you have a big gray space, I would consider a portfolio scroller or something that people can engage with, and it would probably give it something a little extra.

Can close this thread. I deleted that layout and started from scratch
