Help Needed

Hello,

I am trying to slice my website. But I do not understand what I have to slice.


Im guessing I slice the logo navbar and all the things that are going to be linked but how do I make it so I can actually add text.

When I go to slice on Photoshop it slices everything else up below it aswell.

Here is my website at the minute, I like the site because I made it but without text its really boring.
