It might not be a replacement for Habbo Club, in fact I doubt it is.

It sounds to me like they're doing a sort of event based on a parody of The OC.

But it's so vague - 3 paragraphs and not really any info on what this whole thing is actually about.

hmm, they actually do say the word HC "the sun always shines in The HC... join The HC party",
this might actually be giving you a clue its the new habbo club, otherwise they wouldnt really call it HC imo.
