Clothes for different occasions

Don't you think there should be clothes for different occasions ? like in Winter you could Have Coats and Boots , At Summer you could have bikinis and swim wear , at habboween you could have costumes , at weddings you could have Formal clothing and ofcourse at night you could have a dressing gown and Pj's which i have past designed. Could someone design me a Dressing Gown please , i would appreciate it.
