    A few cells on your RAM have been damaged so that they cannot be written to or read from, at a guess. There may be a tool which forces Windows to not use damaged RAM cells...

    Edit: If it's the same program every time it may be improperly using RAM, vista has built in protection system for that however there may be similar for XP.
