Hey everyone, it's rather late, but needed to post what I have witnessed yesterday (Wednesday). Unfortunately I couldn't use too much green in this report as I seem to notice a lot of things not achieving their habbox price at the moment.

Green Writing - Above Habbox Value
Red Writing -Below Habbox Value
Purple Writing - Same as Habbox Value


Whte Oriental Screen:

0.5 - Seen Once
0.4 - Seen Twice
0.3 - Seen Twice

I have witnessed a lot of trades involving this rare recently. The average price seems to be set around the habbox price of 0.4, however I even witnessed 2 trades with them selling at 4 creds per, which would put it slightly under that value. I do think that they are fairly stable at the moment, and the fact that people are paying less for them could be due to the amount on the hotel, and also that they don't really fit in with all types of rooms, so are less in demand.


Greek Pillar:

0.5 - Seen Once
0.4 - Seen Twice

This rare is a nice item that was used quite a lot in themed rooms,but I think it is becomming less desired these days. People are often opting for the more modern greek pillars which were released last year, however they are still used. I have witnessed one trade where the seller managed to sell 2 of these for a HC. I also witnessed two other unique trades where the sellers sold them for 5 creds per. I think that this rare is fairly stable, but could see a slight dip should demand decrease any further.


Nordic Table:

0.4 - Seen Four times

There seems to be quite a lot of these tables on the hotel recently, and a lot of shops are selling them. The average price I commonly see is 5 creds, which would put it slightly below the habbox value of 0.5. It seems to have been at 0.5 for a long time, but I sadly struggle to see it sell for this these days. I think that perhaps it should drop a little for now, as both demand for this item which is quite bulky is rather low.


Blue Amber:

2.5 - Seen Once
2.0 - Seen Twice

I managed to buy 2 Blue Ambers today for the lovely price of 2hc. The seller did not seem too concerned about loosing out on 0.5, and the trade was successfull, however since this was a personal trade, I have to look at the wider picture, and I can still see this rare reaching its habbox value of 2.5 quite comfortably. There could be a minor drop in this rare's value, but I don't think it would be too drastic as it is a nice affordable and decorative rare, which is used in casino's and looks rather nice.


Bronze Nelly:

13.0 - Seen Once
12.5 - Seen Twice

One of the trades I saw involved 2 bronze nelly's being sold for 25HC. This could have been due to the fact that the seller was feeling genourous, or it could show that there is a slight decline in the value of this rare. It is a nice rare that is often desired by players, and looks nice in casino's. I think that perhaps it could maybe drop slightly in the near future, but like most rares could bounce back up should the demand meet it.


Update on Totem:

13.0 - Seen Twice
12.0 - Seen Once

Unfortunatly from what I have been seeing, the totem is still declining in price a little. I have not seen it reach 13.5hc in the sales I have seen today, however I did see 2 successfull sales at 13.0 which is not too far below the habbox value and is encouraging. I would think it wouldnt be too long before this rare reaches a stable value, however with the rare values market this is never possible to determine, and it could be that the people who were willing to pay high prices for there totem now have the rare, meaning the demand has lessened considerable since the initial buzz of the rare last week.
