I believe the achievement badges are for Hot and Cold, the "hot" badge is the orange one and well... the "cold" badge is the blue one.

Could possibly be for E-Fame.

My guesses are..
The trophy ones are for summer events or something like that, and the jury one for judges
Book one is the yearbook on some hotel (might be SG)
The hat with pink tassle is a foreign version of something like st trinians
Cake could be to do with those other wedding badges
The binary numbers for return of donnie santini again?
Pixel olymp & jury one for some kind of graphics comps?
3 cubes could be to do with pixel points or podiums
Ice creams something summery, complete a quest to certain stages?
Sausage for some summer stuff, barbeque?
Boat looks like a stamp.. holiday theme?
