A project manager software

Is there any good free project manager software, things that will show things like all the To-Do and bug fix's ect?

There aren't many free ones, the only real project management solutions I can think of at the moment are Basecamp and ActiveCollab.

Hopefully, we will be releasing APPsquared (Zoidec's free (hosted) project manager) by the end of 2009.

EDIT: Ok, only just noticed you said software. FruitfulTime may be worth looking into, cant think of many other software solutions off the top of my head.

Im wanting a fairly simple one which will do this;

To do (Tasks need done)
Completed tasks
incomplete tasks
Tasks that wont be completed
Bug fix's
Thats it really.
