Font colours, sizes, faces - in posts.

I reckon they should be removed, they serve no purpose apart from to be annoying and useless.

Font styles (bold, italic, underline etc) should be kept, but colours, sizes and faces really aren't needed.

If you think they are, argue why, give points.

Please note: Faces are not smilies, faces are font faces, Arial, Verdana etc.

For actual posts, they aren't really needed, no, and I myself find them annoying when peopletype like this.

But for signatures and usertitles etc. I find them useful, for example my current signature.

I believe the smilies of the rares should be removed. That would decrease sever load time by at least 0.000000000000001 second.

I've never been on a forum where they don't have them so it's always been seen as the norm for me

Oops well you were bound to find some noob who got confused. I don't really use them as I tend to like the default but if I didn't like it, I would like the option to change it so I think it should stay anyway.

Surely just "different fonts" would be a better way to phrase it? I see your point though, people want to be able to read posts with ease rather than navigate around odd text, sizes and colours, especially when there are different skins.
