Is there a way to remove withheld numbers, like when someone is calling you with 141, is there a way to make it show the number?

Yeahh block them or something so you don't know you're getting them, then it's their problem.
I'm sure I know of a home phone thing where if a with held number rings, it tells you they've with held their number but then displays their number above it. Or am I just chatting rubbish?

A withheld number is being withheld from the callers end so you have nothing you can change if the information you are looking for is simply not being sent.

The information is being sent, the exchange just sees the code and withholds the CLI to the receiving end, this way the company and police can get at the number if the need arises.

But no, you cannot, just don't answer withheld numbers, it's what I do lol.
