    Default What Cable..?

    Hey,

Quick question: What cable do I need to watch TV on this monitor?

    http://www.ebuyer.com/product/158382...roduct_reviews

It comes with a vga and a dvi cable. I know I will need to get a TV tuner card, but will I need another kind of cable?

    Thanks,

    Dom

If your getting a TV card for your PC then you just need to plug it into your PC as a normal monitor with DVI or VGA, so no.

Well if you want to watch TV on the same screen you could either get a TV and use it as a TV come monitor or just get a TV card.

TV card goes inside the PC usually in a PCI socket on the motherboard. You can then watch and record TV on your PC. You plug an aerial into the card.

Also, if its Hauppauge or something, don't install the software, just install the drivers and use Media Center.
