This is the first time i have created a layout could you please give constructive critisisum only..

Its ok, not really a layout, the writing could be more swishy to go with the image. Also, the ronded corners arent very good.

Its ok so far, needs alto more work though.

You want to search these forums for inspiration as thats terrible.

Agree with above. If you'd have spent a little more time planning it out, thinking about colours and checking for inspiration, it'd probably be a lot better. Right now its just two awful colours, and some ugly text.

Try to spend a bit more time planning, thinking about little details you could add to make it stand out. Also think about trying to use gradients. Just using any old plain colour also makes it look a little odd imo.
