Thinking about getting a Wii

I've been pretty much anti-Wii since the launch claiming it's not a games console per say etc etc but I've watched many videos of Tiger Woods 10 and seen the innovative side to the Wii especially in sports games (the genre I excel in and enjoy).

I have an XBOX 360, I play mostly sports and racing games and I was wondering whether to justify spending £230 on a Wii. If it's not too much trouble, could you try and tell me if it's worth it etc?

Pro Evo on the Wii owns like anymans business but its not worth the money.

Theres a lack of quality games and a lot of cheap gimmicky games that are AWFUL. Plus if you want the most out of the Wii you have to pay add ons such as for Wii Fit or for the virtual console remote.

Big tele needed for a wii to work at its best too. I sold mine and bought a 360, one of the better choices ive made.

The games tend to get a bit old fast but some of it's good, like Wii Fit, I never saw the point but my mum got it yesterday and it is actually pretty fun and does seem to help, the games are fun on it too.

I have a wii and its AWSOME!

I have Cod WaW, The Conduit, Tiger Woods 10, Wii Fit (Meh), Mario Kart, Mario Galaxy and about 5 others..

These are all QUALITY GAMES.. and there have been many more that have been announced (A new upcoming zelda and super mario bros with 4 players, and a tmnt like turtles in time, but 3d (side scrolling)).

I imagine you're about 12 though, I'm 6 years older than you if that's the case. I'm not that into Mario games but I'd like to be, just have to get my younger head on and accept it .

I've had a bid of £140 accepted for:

Nintendo Wii
Super Mario Galaxy
Jenga
Crash of the Titans
Wii Play
Bomberman Land
Carnival Games

I'll buy motion plus and Tiger Woods 10 (this is the game that sold the Wii to me).

I seriously do not recommend them, I had one and found it really boring compared to the 360/ps3.

I ended up selling it a year later, and I'm not a person who usually sells stuff.

Have you seen TW10? It sells it to me completely. If it all goes **** up and I find it friggin boring then I'll be able to sell it on at a greater price methinks or similar but I sometimes want a break from hardcore 360 gaming.
