Question about Super Pillows

Could anyone tell me the circumstances regarding the Black Leather, Turquoise Satin, Pink Fluffy and Navy Cord pillows? i.e. what were they given out for, around when was it, and roughly how many are there?

I can remember 7 black pillows being given out along with 7 gold nellys in a competition quite a while ago, then 1 more black was won through paysafe vaults and 1 more recently on that quest. There are probably a few more i don't know about.

Ooh, there was also a funky friday to win a full pillow set i think.

I don't know where the rest of the pink and turqoise came from.

I think the turq pillows were the first to be given out.
