Mibbit embed in phpBB

Can you install a Mibbit on the main page of a phpBB and/or can you reload the rest of the page without reloading that?

Any alternative suggestions would also help.

From a quick glance at their site I would say yes, you would want to look up on how to get it to keep the style of whatever phpbb layout your using.
