Hey, jsut wondering once you've used all 3 points, when do they refill? I can't rep atm even though I'm sure the last time was over 24 hours ago..
Oh and someone said they repped me 3 times but it didn't tell me...

perm. i got ludus an official warning and then 0rca unpermed me and then she got cheeky over ONE account out of like 150 so i gave her a piece of my mind and got permed on all accounts with the reason "no longer permitted to use service"
