Green = Above habbox value
Red = Below habbox value
Blue = At habbox value

Majestic Chair - 2cs

Selling at 2cs [seen 3 times]
Selling at 3cs [seen once]

I think 2cs is the right price at the moment but I think it could well go above the habbox value later on.

Mega TV set (HC TV) - 0.15cs

Selling at 0.2cs [seen about 5 times]
Selling at 0.15cs [seen twice]

Not many people will sell it for about 0.15, people usually sell these at 0.2cs. Which I would say was correct. I have seen this being sold many times for 0.2.

Yellow Parasol - 2cs

Selling at 2cs [seen 3 times]
Selling at 1.5cs [seen once]

I think the yellow parasol is being sold for what it is worth. I don't think the price should be changed.

Speakers Corner - 1.2cs

Selling at 1cs [seen 2 times]

I don't think that this rare is 'in demand' at the moment, I don't see many being sold in shops and I have only seen 2 being sold, so I could be wrong as I haven't seen many being sold yet.

You may have seen different values, this is just what I have seen.
