I wouldnt think too many people have paid 2 thrones for rights, Nyxta charged 2 thrones and she rarely had buyers and there was never severed overcrowding and dealer kick wars. I understand that you have more thrones but a casinos rights fee should usually be a reflection of the worth inside the casino. When mine was open there were 92 thrones in chairs and supers at its peak. Rights were 8-10 hcs. I roughly charged an hc per 10 thrones worth in the casino, in my opinion that is a fair and average percentage.

mine was 0.5 for booth perm and 1hc for rights perm. However I couldnt keep up with the likes of Bjay and Karl to stay open for long :p
