Leveling Help

I was wondering what would be the best way to level up these skills:
Cooking [Currently Level 40]
Defense [Currently Level 36]
Hitpoints [Currently Level 38]

Cooking - lobsters.

Hitpoints and defense - Rock crabs.

yeah i was gonna say cook lobbys, but if u cant fish them you'll have to buy them and they can be expensive as you'll burn most of them.

lobsters from 40 is a bad idea, youll burn like all of them
get cooking gauntlets by doing family crest before you start cooking anyway and use salmon, trout or tuna to train from 40
