    Default Dodgy Internet connection

We have just got a BT range business home bub thingy and I seem to be the only person in the house who sometimes can't get online. When it happens, I am connected to the home bub and do have good/excellent connection but sites won't load. My mum and my sister use the same wireless and don't have these problems. Then, when I was playing on runescape I noticed that I couldn't load any other pages, even the advert at the top of runescape said something like "this page was unable to load" yet I could still use runescape as normal. Now I'm using my t-mobile dongle and it's working fine. Any suggestions?

Edit: Just did it with my dongle.

Yeh my laptop is wireless. We've just upgraded from the black 2.0 model to a business home bub. It has "EWIRE" written on the top of it and on the box it mentions something about it being the "Range" version. BT upgraded us to it because we are a business.
