Buying Donator so I don't get infracted lol

I've been messing with my sig for ages now and realised it's STILL too big (thought it was 146 ot 246 lol).

So anyway I need some of this donator. I've never had VIP/donator before but I see people seem to be looking at 1HC per month?

How does this work so nobody gets scammed... does the person giving the donator go first or the person giving the HC? If the donator goes first, does that mean they don't get paid the HC until the transaction goes through and the donator appears on the account?
