Internet Problems.

For some reason my internet has just started going proper slow.

I'm on Virgin Media ( 2mb i think ), There are 2 other laptops being used with the wireless and I'm connected via Ethernet. No one using the internet is downloading anything/torrent.

Usually its fine with 3 people connected and i usually get up to 2mb.



Ive unplugged my router/modem afew times and its still slow.

Can anyone help?

Do Virgin Media have any status pages for their broadband? Might wanna check if they are having problems for your area.

Get on the newsgroups where you will speak to second tier support, give them your username and downstream power levels etc from 192.168.100.1 and they will send a engineer out.

Their status page says there's no issues.

Also they wont send an engineer out until tomorrow, but i need the internet now. :eusa_wall



Internet just went off again, so i restarted modem..
