Yes but Habbox are slow to put them on.
They still aint put Bensalem which was out ages ago

This has been brought up many times and is out of our control as well as the control of the manager. (Btw, I'm the one who made the bensalem sprites so they are ready to be put up when possible!). Basically, no one is sure how to add more sections, or something online those lines. However, a new rare values panel is currently being created which will allow the manager to create new sections himself (IF they include that feature).

Exactly like Luke has said, this is out of my power. Jin is unsure on how to add the new sections, this has been brought up many times. A new panel is in the creation and hopefully I can add the new sections with the panel.
