Looking for a graphics manager.. :)

Hey,
My new website StageCube is set to be released in late august/early september and I'm currently on the scout for someone who is:

a) Good with photoshop
b) Is handy with image manipulation/layering
c) Knows about fonts and Web 2.0

Basically, Im looking for someone who can do odd graphics job, that does not include photography [Have someone in charge of this] to work closely with myself and the team

If your up for, then.. one sample of work would be nice
