c# select area to upload?

I'm currently making an application like Caleb's and its coming along quite nicely.

But the final thing I need to do is select an area to upload.

Does anyone know how to do this? I presume its done by tracking the mouse up and down and creating some sort of rectangle to cut out of a print screen?

No idea how to do that though

Im positive, and I know this has already been answered, but isnt their like a function built into windows? =D Ill try and find out for you
