Capture card and MOBO help +REP

and i have fears my mobo doesnt support it

I am wondering if i bought http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/nforce_750a_uk.html would i be able to use the capture card?

EDIT: i just seen its a 4lane and card is 1 lane +REP cheers
