Yeah copy your iTunes libarary across...

It wil delete her library then add yours..

Also, you will need to make sure you have a seperate iTunes account for the iPhone..

Then all you have to do, Is login into the apple store with your account details, and transfer the applications over to the iPhone..

The best way to Restore the iPhone...

    Login to YOUR iTunes account..

    Sync the iPhone...

As applications are connected to your iTunes account you need to make sure your logged in, not your sister

Anymore questions just ask, I work at the local apple store, Id be happy to help...

Glad someone asked soemthing Apple related Yay!

You don't pay for them again - go to buy them again and it will say free as you've already bought it. I'm sure they sync with iTunes aswell?

Its very hard to combine accounts applications, But theyre is a very big chance it will wipe applications from your account if they get mixed up..

Theyre is tricks and hacks on combining accounts for applications,

But again bug occur, and can cause future application purchases to bug,

and many times they wont install, or wont appear, or wont appear in iTunes..

The best way to sync your iPhone apps to your PC is to connect it to iTunes,
Log into your iTunes account, and click applications in the side bar..

The applications may not appear straight away, because it is being updated with the iTunes store, aswell as the App Store...

Then under the applications tab, click "Update applications" and update them all (If any), and this should display the missing applications..

    Hope this helps,

You can't install apps from two accounts onto your iPod like that.
