The only way you will ever get your badges transferred is if you are like the hotel managers best friend. I have known this to happen only ever once and it was to my friend who has been Lost_Witness' friend since 2003.
Apart from that, they wont do it x

skem :@. I asked him to move ONE OF my GTE badges over cos I won two on the same account... but it obviously only has 1 so techincally I only received 1 . Anyway he said no .

Xs could get their badges transferred from their non-X account to their X account so we didn't have a unfair advantage. This was only for a short amount of time though. Badge transfers aren't done anymore.
