It does annoy me when people ask if girls would like so and so. I suppose all you need to do is try and impress her by what you think is best at the time, if she isn't impressed move on.

Yup, this is totally a one sided things, otherwized we'd be seeing topics like Guys are ******** or Presents For Guys?? poping up everywhere.

People need to stop being so touchy about being stereo typed and for the record girls are both objects and animals (just like men are) o.0

Because some people may not feel confident enough in their judgement, no matter how obvious it is and it is obviously gives them a sense of reassurance by posting here and getting the answer 'she likes you', which gives them the confidence to ask them out.

How are we supposed to know that she likes whoever it is? It's called false hope.
We don't know anything about these people that they're asking about and therefore cannot give good adivce. Why don't they ask their friends who actually KNOW them !?
I'm or for if they're confused and actually explain what's gone wrong, it's when people are expecting that all girls are the same.
If someone asked:
'what should i get a girl for her birthday? what do girls like?'
how are we supposed to advise anything !?

Your free to not do so, just as others are free to do so. Some advice can still be better than none, even if it is terrible, you get few differnt prospectives which may make people think of what they had not done before?

It's a general idea that can be given form a girls perspective where a boy obviously cannot answer in a way they could make a decisive judgement, because they are not a girl. No one expects to get the specific answer down to the very little detail however an overview can go along way.

But what's the point in posting a thread where you get an answers like:
'oh well she might like hair products'
'or she might like nail products'
'or she might like an animal'

it doesn't help at all !
It's not just that I'm saying about though, its the threads going:
I HATE GIRLS.

because one girl did something that wasn't even stated in the post !
It's just annoying looking through threads trying to find something different and only finding the same stuff over and over again.

Generally i think these threads are for all different girls to post back in. So we're not al the same but i guess the guys who make them don't just take the one answer.

I think you're overreacting and i wouldn't say i find them offensive.
