Pear Tree

Hi.
When I recently made a thread saying I was looking at offers on my pear tree, I recieved a few replies. Untitled offered 50cs, I declined that offer and she offered 55cs. Mr-Trainor offered 55cs. I've declined these offers, as in all honestly I just really like it, and know there's not many about. (They were in the ecotron for only a couple of months with a ratio of 1:2000 before being replaced with mushrooms).

I think the current habbox value of 35cs is a little outdated, and they should rise. Thanks!

I have spoken to the Manager about this only a few days ago and he would prefer to keep it at its current price until it is traded, as is usual practise with all super rares.
