Bullies - using the power of fear...

Bullies - we all know bullies?
We have probably bullied someone?
Bullies have power because people fear them, but do they have the right to be feared.
Bullies bully people mainly on things they are insecure about themselves.
Express if you have been scared of someone - who in a effect is a bully.
I have been - in the end i won - because i learnt they were picking on me because i cried when they mentally abused me. This made them think they had beaten me...
