So... I have the rechargeable battery pack thing on the back of the remote, and I plug the cable in, and I play, I assumed that this'd charge up the battery pack.. but then when I take the cable out the remote goes off and wont come on.
Any ideas?Its just not charging like it used to

Now that you mention it, I played on my 360 for the first time in a long time yesterday and both the controllers were dead, and after plugging one in for a while it died again when I plugged it out :S.

It says after 3 months of use the battery will die on the cover the product, which is exactly what happened to mine.

So, does this mean if I ring them up (Microsoft) they'll send me a new one? Or did they expect it to die and us to fork out £20 for a new one?

Micrsoft replace it as long as it's still in its guarentee.
If you didn't get a guarentee with it, you probably will have to pay.
As for the charger thingy itself, that's the most common fault in all 360 hardware, it always packs up. :rolleyes:[hx]
