    Ive got a wireless controller, my headset it wired. I need to like turn the volume on voice in preferences to 0 for it to stop, and my mic isnt close to my hearing either.

    also to add, it does it with my mic turned off aswell!

    Is seems like a faulty Mic maybe test it on another computer?
