    I tried to get a 2003 account unbanned, I continued emailing and he replied with this about 3:30PM.

    *Removed*

    Should I complain, he just has a dirty attitude to people asking for help, total ignorance and refuses to read any further emails from me...

    usually when they reply to my emails, they're the same as the last one and i've usually asked a completely different question so i think they're copied and pasted sometimes..

    Kyle ludus ain't gone till after today i don't think -.- Voiding i appealed yesterday for a ban on my account, spelt my name right and everything, and the *Removed* "This account is currently not banned. Any further emails will be replied by an auto message" How the **** is a **** automessage going to help... *Removed* if my accounts banned and they're saying it isn't theirs something worse than the dumb moderator system...

    All Habbo staff are pretty much useless. You phone up with a simple inquiry and you end up receiving the rudest reply, as if they can't be bothered with you and just shrug you off their shoulders. You either get the bluntest and rudest answer, or they say the same old 'use the help tool', when you use it all the time. They just seem to send you round in circles. I give up in the end...A classic example when I got hacked over 800t, yeah it was a kick in the balls but I moved on, I emailed them once to tell them to investigate my case and it took them 2 weeks to take action. 2 weeks is just brilliant service :/

    LOL apparently ludus is a "member" of this forum. So why doesn't my warning say "Please do not be rude to other forum members" not "please do not be rude to others"? ...

    And if he is a member shows he's **** at his job if he's signing up to forums and not answering emails .
