Hey, I know my first design wasn't to good, and I followed a tutorial but this is alot better and no tutorial was followed. I am looking for C&C and if somebody wants to buy it then they can! So here we go, it took me about 2 hours, I dont know if thats good or bad but yeh. The white boxes at the bottom wont be white, it dosent look to good when its white, but I wasnt sure how to just fit a part of an image their, so I left it white.

I dont like it. I think its too plain, or, messy... The bottom boxes are a bit of an eyesore, but you did notice that and state that they will be fixed. I guess its a great job for your second go on PS. So +rep

WOW the white glow thing in the banner bit turn opacity down on it? also the outer glow on bottom bring it down?

Abit small? Lacks colour and is very dark, makes site look boring and makes want to leave straight away, make it interesting and just go crazy with stuff, try new techniques, it's the way forward. Good start so good luck improving.
