There is a clan system out their like irChaos said, its not very good tho so wait til version 2.0

Domain from devotehost.com - 4.95
Layout - 15 at least, a very impressive one = 20+
Hosting - Can go to a large variety of hosting sites and find hosting for 99p or below, make sure its reliable though.
