I've seen some sell for as Low as 4 HC, but I'm sure you can get more for them if you refuse enough offers.

Lately I have bought a couple for 4hc each and sold for 5hc each, so anything is possible
Just gotta wait for the right people to come along 
The Habbox value of 4.5cs does seem spot on though in my opinion

I was able to get 2 for 7hc off a random shop owner
And 2 for 6hc when they desperately needed hcs
However i sold all 4 together for 17hcs (4.25 per)
