Dad's outrange at "sweet wrapper"

A DAD last night blasted a sweet firm over fruity characters on wrappers who look like they are having sex.

Haribo's MAOAM sour candy uses illustrations of lemons, limes and cherries.

But Simon Simpkins was shocked at the "porno" poses when he bought the sweets for his kids Benjamin and Ofelia.

Mr Simpkins of Pontefract, West Yorks, said: "The lemon and lime are locked in what appears to be a carnal encounter. The lime, who I assume to be the gentleman in this coupling, has a particularly lurid expression on his face.
"I demanded to see the shop manager and, during a heated exchange, my wife became quite distressed and had to sit down in the car park."

Haribo said the "fun" packaging was introduced in Germany in 2002. They added: "The jovial MAOAM man is very popular with fans, both young and old."

God what are people like these days.. looks like anyone will do anything to bag themselves "5 seconds of fame" Ye like the children are really going to be interested looking at the cover of the wrapper. :rolleyes:

They are quite funny though (Sweet wrappers) espesh the last one :badgrin:

I've bought these sweets loads of time but i haven't really been interested with the pictures at the front and i certainly didn't see them out to be with what this crazy couple have put.

Haha, doesn't look like sex at all. I don't know what sex that guy has had with his wife.

As if the kids would know what is going on anyway :/ Heck, in Holland, Burger King have the freakiest Burger King trap paper, showing female pickles showing off their boobs, and an onion in an airport being full cavity searched, with pornography magazines on the floor called "PLAY VEG" and "WET VEG".
