    Default SMS to Paypal or Moneybookers?

    Ok, so I dont have a credit card, and I neecd to put money in my paypal or moneybookers via SMS or phonecall. SMstopaypal is down and I dont know a site for moneybookers. Please can someone tell me a site. If someone does tell me a site and it does work, I will send you £5 via either moneybookers or paypal depending on which site it is on.
