Persian Carpet

The persian carpet is currently 0.3 and has been at that value for a long time. In my opinion, it is one of those HC rares which everyone dislikes and doesn't consider it to be a 0.3 rare. There is no demand for this carpet which is why you will see nobody paying 4 credits for it (0.28). I struggle myself to sell these 3 credits each as these can be easily snapped up in shops for 2 credits each. The value of the persian carpet should be 0.2.


Dicemaster

It's sad to see one of the classic 0.5s drop below 0.5, but this is inevitable as more and more people buy Habbo Club and recieve the dicemaster at month 7. These are valued at 0.4 by Habbox which is still too high. It is now the case seeing people offer 3 dicemasters per hc (0.33` each). I have bought over 40 dicemasters for 4c each (around 0.3) since Habbox dropped the value to 0.4. You can sell these at a reasonable price of 5c each and people are not put off at this price. Some people still try and sell at 6c each but no one seems to pay that price any more. Therefore I think the dicemaster's value should be 0.35.


Green Bird Bath

5.5 - Seen 2 times

Valued at 6.0, there was a time around a week a go when I thought this rare would drop below that. This was when I saw 2 being sold for 11 hc (5.5 each), and another being sold for around 5.5 hc. However the other day I witnessed being 1 traded for 6.5 in Trade City. I managed to budge a guy down with 2 gbbs in my shop to 11.5 for both but he got a buyer for 6.0 each. Having closely watched gbb trades in shops and Trade City for the past 1 and a half weeks, I have learnt that you cannot always sell your gbb for 6.0 straight away unless you're lucky and find a buyer. It seems you have to be patient and hold on to it until you do eventually get a buyer. The value of the green bird bath is firm at 6.0.


Gothic Ectoplasm Fountain

I wasn't going to report its value on this report but seeing as I bought quite a few this morning I thought I might aswell.

8.0 - Seen 2 times

Because it is a high value rare, you are not discussing creds anymore but hc sofas. There are why quite a few people I have come across with gothic ectoplasms who have declined offers 1 hc below its value. I did however get 1 for myself at 8 hc. The sellers of these are divided up into 2 I found - people who want their exact value if not higher and people who don't mind going 1 hc below the price. Here's a screenie of my trade earlier:



That comes out to be 8.5 hc per ecto which is why I think the value for it should be stable at 9.0 or maybe lower at 8.5.
