Wow. That look's amazing!
It's obviously for a promotion; I'm guessing that Habbo have gone with some sort of food company (hence the burgers and doughnuts) and the character may just be made by the company.
I can't wait to see this room!

It's for the new film "Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs", in which an inventor makes a machine that makes food fall from the sky.
Hence the name.. Cloudy.
