I was going to do a super rv report today, but you beat me to it and reduced the values of 2 of the items I was going to report on. But anyway, here it goes.

Another note: I know most of my reports contain items decreasing in value but most items seem to be doing so atm. There are not many normal rares on the rise and the number of items decreasing in value has seemed to outnumber the items increasing every time Habbox have updated their values for the past few weeks.


Grammophone

They look ugly, take up a lot of space and sell for cheap. You have these down as 0.5 hc but you can buy them easily for 3-4 credits, sometimes as easy as 2 creds. They are becoming 1 of those rares where you say "add a norm" and they put 1 of these in. Hardly anyone actually buys them unless they are cheap. With more being released via Habbo Club gifts, these will soon become rares like HC TV's and tubmasters - worthless. I would give this a value of 0.3 or 0.25 hc.


Green Marquee

1.0 - Seen 2 times
0.85 - Seen 1 time
0.75 - Seen 1 time
0.7 - Seen 2 times

I actually think there are more green marquees than there are yellow. This shows with the values I have seen traded for the green. I think more people buy the yellow for its actual value of 0.7. I have bought 2 in my shop for 10 creds (0.7 hc) each off of different people and bought others for less than 14 creds thinking I could make a profit and sell them for 1.0 or 14 creds each. However it is actually quite hard selling them for 14 creds each. You have to wait for the right people to sell them at 1.0. I luckily sold 1 of my green marquees for 11 credits and 3 black inflatables. Taking the Habbox value of 0.5 for each of the chairs, it works out at 2.3 hc. Overall I would say the green marquee's value should be lowered to 0.8 or 0.75 hc.


Ochre Powered Fan

1.25 - Seen 2 times
1.0 - Seen 1 time

In my opinion it was a mistake to put up the value of these fans in the first place. I have had a few of these fans recently and I dread asking for 20 creds for it (which is actually 1.4 hc). Although they look nice, people just don't buy these for 1.5 each because they know they can push people down on the price. I bought 3 for 1 hc each off a friend yesterday and tried to sell them quite a few times for 20c each. I even went down to 55c for all 3. (1.3 hc each). I eventually sold them all for 52.5 creds (explained if you read the next valued item). The value of this fan should be decreased to 1.25 hc.


Purple Fan

1.35 - Seen 1 time
1.25 - Seen 1 time
1.0 - Seen 2 times
0.7 - Seen 1 time

The value for this fan hasn't changed for a while now. I think there is time for a change as I have seen many selling for much less than 1.5 hc. I have bought purple fans the past few days for creds working out less than 1.5. I tried to sell 3 all in 1 go and tried 55c for all 3 (1.3 hc each). I ended up selling my 3 ochre and 3 purple fans for 105c. That's 52.5c for each set, 17.5 creds each (1.25 hc). To explain the extreme value, I bought one for 10 creds off of a randomer. I think the value of the purple fan should be lowered the same amount as the ochre fan to 1.25 hc.


Nearly all of these values have been witnessed in my Rare Shop.

Once again, this is an amazing report! I really am amazed at how much detail you put into your reports, its fab!

I agree that the general trend for rares at the moment seems as if they are decreasing. I don't know why this is, but that's the way the market's going I guess
