What to say hmm. Just gone back on habbo, started doing a bit of trading, I'm now worth 0.5hc Thanks to kind donations by Luke and some other guys and girls.

Anyway.

Key:

Green = Higher Value
Blue = Habbox Value
Red = Lower Value

Rise = Prediction that it will rise in value.
Steady = Predicition that the rare will stay steady.
Drop = Prediction that it will drop in value.

Throne Sofa:

1.25hc - 2 times.
1hc - 1 time.
1.2hc - 0 times.

This rare is staying at a fairly steady value, and I do not think that the very slight increase is really showing anything. The 1.25hc trade was done by the same person, which obviously explains the price. It was easier to make up 2hc and a .5 than 2hc and a .4 - Steady.

Petal Patch:

3.75hc = 24 times.

This was sold above habbox value, but I do not think this trade is really showing that the rare will rise. At the time of the trade the buyer just wanted to et hold of the floor, and therefore offered one throne (90hc). Again this rare will not rise or drop, it was just a trade to get hold of the floor. Steady.

Snow Patch:

0.5hc - 4 times.

This trade was made all at once. The seller was happy to just get rid of the patches, as to get anything more than the price he got, he would probably had to wait about 2 months to get it. This seems like a good trade, as even in two months he would not of got a huge amount more. I would say if this rare was to go down in value it would probably still be worth around 0.75hc. Slight Drop.

Green Pillow:

19hc - 2 times

Two sold for 28hc, I can't really talk much about this item as I have not really been on habbo much, to have seen many trades. Undisclosed.
