Default Thank GOD for extended warranty

I just got home from town not to long ago. I was entering a destination on my navigation system using a pen because it's touch-screen and it's easier to use the end of a pen than it is to use my actual fingers. As I was tapping on in my destination the screen turned black.. as it turns out I cracked the digitizer and now my navigation system no longer functions as it should.

When I bought it I got pre-owned extended warranty until 2011 or 80K miles, I'm at 78,xxx miles! Thank god because a new navigation unit with labor would be over $1000 installed!
I'm at a point in my life where I don't care if you like me or you don't. If you like me, cool. If you don't, meh.

I always believe in extended warranty. If one's offered, then the product will only last until the normal warranty expires, I believe.

Extended warranty has saved me £400 in parts for my laptop, for example.
