What room to create

Well i'm wanting to create a room where i can offer peoples jobs but don't want it to be a mafia or army becuase they're pointless, anyways i have alot of HC's to spend on this room soo if anyone can suggest a room which i could create it would be alot of help.

Make a Habbo County Club?

Where people have to join (Job) and have to do stuff like Socialise etc.

Yeah make a school, they can be quite profitable if you charge for rights.

if you cba making more than 1 room just make a game room and charge like 5 credits for rights or a takeshis castle

Whats a takeshis castle and well i'm going to try and make a normal help desk with no rares and i'm very interested in the takeshis castle if it's profitable Lol and thanks for the offer Dom, i'll decide what ill do and may need your help.
