Acheivment glitching do you mean? That is incredibly sad, and you will eventually get caught, and get your Gamerscore reduced to 0, even on games you got acheivments fairly on.
Don't see the huge appeal in acheivment points to be honest, not as if they'll gain you some sort of rep.
