    Default AGP or PCI-E?

How can I find out what the computer has? It isn't with me at the moment.

Im looking at getting - http://www.ebuyer.com/product/119723

    or - http://www.ebuyer.com/product/145355

PC is a Pakardbell imedia5067(rough number)

I know it looks the exact same as the 5067, I can't find the specs for the graphics card though

Can someone help me out, need the answer by 8PM to get ebuyer to deliver for tomorrow.

    Thanks

    How old is the PC?

If its pre-Vista it's most likely to be AGP.

And PC World do a 7600GS AGP card at £45.

If it is PCI-E, they do a 9500GT at a similar price.

I think it's most likely AGP, but download CPU-Z to check as already mentioned or just open the thing up and have a look what the slot is.

Edit: I see it's not with you so you can't check, but from searching I'm 90% sure it's AGP.

Good suggestion, but he hasnt got his PC with him at the moment.

Seeing as the PC appears to be made in the 2004-2005 era, I'd assume AGP. Your computer should run both the card you suggested, and the one I suggested.

EDIT: Found a thread on a forum, and your machine, if its very similar to the 5067, is an AGP x8. Therefore it will run all AGP cards mentioned in this thread
